Support / FAQ

Questions, answered.

Plain answers about what WorkBuilt is, how training works, and what to expect before the doors open.

01

What is WorkBuilt?

WorkBuilt is a structured strength-and-conditioning system delivered through an app: multi-week programs, clear session prescriptions, practical adaptation when life interferes, and honest tracking of what you actually did. The programming standard comes from coaches with Division I, NFL, UFC, and Olympic-level experience.

02

Who is it for?

People who train with a purpose: outdoor athletes preparing for a season, tactical and service professionals who need dependable capability, and working adults who want structure instead of a random feed. The standard is serious effort and honest progress—not a particular background, body type, or starting level.

03

Do I need prior training experience?

No. Every program states its level—Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced—before you commit, and beginner programs include full instructions, coaching cues, and scaling options so you can start from where you actually are.

04

What equipment do I need?

It depends on the program, and each one lists required and optional equipment up front. Paths exist for a full gym, a garage setup, and bodyweight with minimal gear—so equipment is a constraint the plan accounts for, not a surprise.

05

How many days per week are programs?

Each program states its expected schedule before you start. Programs in the current catalog run three to five sessions per week, with rest days planned as part of the program.

06

Can I substitute exercises?

Yes. Prescriptions include scaling options and substitute movements chosen to preserve the purpose of the session—so a missing bench or a cranky shoulder changes the movement, not the training intent.

07

Can I train with limited equipment?

Yes. The Bodyweight & Minimal Gear programs are built for exactly that, and substitutions across other programs keep sessions workable in hotel gyms and home setups.

08

What performance values can I record?

Repetitions, load, time, distance, calories, and perceived effort. WorkBuilt keeps what was prescribed and what you actually performed connected, which is what makes progress history and personal records honest.

09

How are programs updated without changing my completed history?

Programs and workouts are versioned. Your completed sessions stay pinned to the version you actually trained against, so a coach publishing an improvement never rewrites what your past work meant.

10

How does service verification work?

A respectful, private verification process for military members, veterans, law-enforcement officers, and first responders is planned. Exact eligibility, process, and any associated benefit will be published when the capability is live.

11

What does access include, and how is billing handled?

Access, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be published before public launch. During early access, the application is free and creates no payment obligation.

12

How is my data used?

Right now, this site collects only what you submit with an early-access application, and it is used only to review that application. A complete privacy policy is published before public launch. See the Privacy page for current practices.

13

What community safety tools are available?

Community features ship with their standards: posting guidelines, blocking, and moderation reporting are part of the community experience and will be documented when it goes live.

14

Is WorkBuilt medical advice?

No. WorkBuilt provides training programming and education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns or existing conditions, consult a qualified professional before starting a new training program.

15

How do I contact support?

During early access, reply channels are limited while the team focuses on the first release. A support contact route is published with launch.
