The program
Strength Engine alternates heavy lift days with structured conditioning so neither quality erodes the other. The block is periodized to peak strength while holding conditioning at a demanding, sustainable level.
Who this is for
Advanced trainees who refuse to choose between being strong and being conditioned.

The training week
- Day 1 — Heavy lower strength
- Day 2 — Engine intervals
- Day 3 — Heavy upper strength
- Day 4 — Mixed-modal capacity
The week repeats with planned progression across all 10 weeks. Rest days are part of the program, not a failure of it.
